Sourcing DVD Duplication Services

I am fairly sure that the majority of small businesses in the UK are starting to feel the affects of the financial turmoil that has hit our country in recent months – congratulations if you have a company that isn’t currently being impacted. It is not just the UK that has been affected, I would guess there is not a country in the world that has escaped from some sort of impact. In such times it is essential that a business takes all of the necessary steps to survive – there will come a time when things look a lot rosier and we have to ensure that we still have a business to make the most of the improved market conditions.

A recent move the company that I work for has taken is to produce some promotional DVD’s. These are basically short films which highlight the services that we provide. It also gives our customers and potential customers an insight into the history of the organisation, which is vast to say the least. This, we certainly hope, will give them an added confidence to want to do business with us.

I have recently been sourcing a DVD duplication and DVD replication service as we wanted to produce hundreds of copies of this film without spending vasts amount of money.

Instead of boring you with a full list of the places that I tried, I will instead cut to to the chase and let you know where I managed to obtain the best deal, and therefore where we found our DVD replication supplier. It was via searching on the world wide web – the prices were not just cheaper, they were far cheaper!

So far all is going really well, I am rather pleased to report. The supplier of the DVD replication service have been superb and the promotional DVD’s are going down a storm. Recession – what recession?

What Makes A Good DVD Duplication Service?

I have recently been given the task, by the marketing director of the company where I work, to source a professional and affordable DVD duplication company. In this article I will be writing about what I believe to be the main characteristics when deciding upon which company to choose. These ideals have enabled me to locate a top class service and our company has been very happy with the service that they have provided thus far.

I am from the old school as it were and as such I am a person who likes to be treated well and with respect. By this I am talking about a good quality level of customer service. The reason I call this old school is because over recent years I feel that this is an area of business that has been in decline – it as if people and businesses don’t take this aspect with anywhere near as much importance as what they used to. I become very quickly put off when people do not call me back when they have said that they will or when they just seem un interested in the questions that I am asking.

I also expect to receive a good opening bargain so that I can test a particular service – for example a discount of thirty percent for the initial order. This is especially so in tough economic conditions such as we are currently facing.

Then we come to the time it takes to complete the task once the order has been made. I would expect a fairly prompt turnaround time however this is often not the case.

I do not feel like I am asking an awful lot with the above however I have been quite surprised at just how many DVD duplication and DVD authoring companies are unable to match my expectations.
